Include personal check-ins for the elderly and vulnerable, and free delivery of all card and letter mail posted to and from residents of Nursing and Care homes.

If you are cocooning and need assistance please do get in touch. Over 70 resident volunteers have contacted the MMRA to offer help with shopping, collecting prescriptions, dog walking.
