Illegal dumping of Christmas trees poses serious hazard to drivers.

I’m afraid that the illegal disposing of Christmas trees has started again. This has been happening for the past three years. A number of trees were dumped outside the locked up depot on Mount Anville Rd. again this year. You may remember this happened last year and some of them blew onto the road due to the bad weather and created a danger for motorists on that bend.   I have recently seen some of the abandoned trees on the road. John (Jack) Du Moulin RIP- Des Smyth

We are sad to note the death of John (Jack) Du Moulin. His funeral Mass will take place at noon tomorrow Friday 30th  in the Church of St Therese. Jack was the surviving son of John Du Moulin a man who has left a great legacy in Mount Merrion.
