Major planning projects

Planning permissions are in process for three major projects in Mount Merrion, subject to a large number of conditions and undertakings. In order of magnitude these projects are Flanagans (Deerpark Road); Derryveigh (16 Greygates/Roebuck Avenue); and Du Moulin (93 The Rise at the former Biotrin site).
