Now that the developers have appealed the decision of Dun Laoghaire Rathdown CC (DLR CC) to An Bord Pleanala(ABP) it is critical that the residents of Mount Merrion make their views known to the Board of ABP. There is no change to the plan rejected by DLR so we are recommending that you ask ABP to reject this appeal. We detail below the process you must follow when making an observation. Anyone can make an observation irrespective of whether or not you made an observation/objection to DLR. You can also get together with a few of your neighbours and make a joint observation for the one fee of €50.One person takes the lead and the others sign and provide their names and addresses.
