The Contractor has agreed to provide the MMRA with advance warning of occasional key elements of work on site that may require extended working hours. The Planning Permission (as is standard) does provide for occasional derogation from the approved hours of working.
The four elements of work that are proposed are large concrete pours:
- Pour 1 – 06/03/25
- Pour 2 – 13/03/25
- Pour 3 – 16/05/25
- Pour 4 – 21/05/25
MMRA advise local residents to be aware of those proposed dates and also be aware that the dates may change as/if circumstances change.
MMRA acknowledge that the Contractor proposes to deliver the above information to the 50 nearest residents.
