An Bord Pleanála (ABP) has advised MMRA that ABP requires significant further information from the Developer on or before 12th May 2022 in respect of D21A/0161 (ABP-310285-21). Otherwise ABP will proceed to determine the Appeal in the absence of this further information. In either case, the final decision is by ABP is still awaited.

An Bord Pleanála (ABP) has advised MMRA that APB “intends to determine the Appeal APB-312737-22 before 25th July 2022”.

An Bord Pleanála (ABP) has copied MMRA with additional information that ABP has recently received from the Developer and has invited MMRA to submit Observations on that information on or before 16th May 2022. (N.B. This information was mentioned in the original planning application in 2020 but may not have been provided to ABP). MMRA will respond to the invitation by ABP before 16th May 2022.
