Flanagan’s Site
DLRCoCo have confirmed to MMRA that they are engaging with the Developer to ensure that the project will be completed in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Permission.

“Sale Agreed” sign now erected on site, site cleared but no details yet about the new owner nor the intentions of the new owner.
Rear of 38 Greenfield Road
On 13 Dec 2024, An Bord Pleanala (ABP) granted Planning Permission for the development of 3 houses substantially similar to that sought by the Applicants . This decision concludes the planning process unless a Judicial Review (JR) is sought by any compliant person. A JR will only be granted if evidence can be presented that confirm ABP processes were not correct – it is not another review of planning issues.
24, 26 and 28 Foster Avenue
Park Developments (Dublin) Limited have issued their Project Update to local Foster Avenue residents. They plan to erect a 2nd tower crane in March 2025 and plan to complete the development in Q 4 of 2026.
44 and 44a Foster Avenue
An Bord Pleanala (ABP) has advised MMRA that due to a current significant backlog of cases ABP will now determine the appeal in respect of the proposed 24 apartments and associated before 23 April 2025.
Proposed Traveller Accommodation : Greygates Site
DLRCoCo Councillors, at their December 2024, meeting voted to adopt the Executive Report which omitted the previously proposed Greygates site from the TAP 2025-2029 programme.
