To make an appointment please phone your designated clinic or use our book online function and follow the instructions you are given.
To order repeat prescriptions and food please use the online service. Visit arkvet.ie and click ' Order Here' tab which is in the yellow box in the centre of the home page and this will allow you to place a food and medication order.
If you do not have internet access please ring and place a phone order. Please be mindful that we are experiencing high call volumes and you may not get through to us first time but rest assured we are open.
Once your order is ready we will phone you, take payment over the phone and give you a suitable time to collect.
Please note that we have to divert all our staff to front line care so clerical duties such as insurance processing insurance forms will take longer.
Please inform us if you or a family member are self isolating due to infection with Coronavirus so as that we can instigate additional measure to ensure our staff members' safety.
