By Monday evening 27th 337 people who have lodged objections through the planning system in relation to the Union Cafe site. Of the 337 only 2 expressed any support for the project and one of these was from the applicants architect.
We understand that this is one of the largest number of objectors ever in Dun Laoghaire Rathdown to a single planning application. We are confident that the planners will take serious regard to the strong feelings and sentiments of all the residents of Mount Merrion.
