Just reading about the problems one of our neighbours had Re. “Cowboy builder” (roofer.) Maybe you should let it be known that most household insurance policies have a builders network. That supplies different trades. This may be a free service as certain emergencies are covered. All the main insurance companies have this cover as standard.
