Taking in charge of Slip Road on The Rise Mount Merrion – DLRCC Citizen Space

In accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a declaration that the slip road on The Rise under be taken in charge and be declared as a public road (which includes footpaths)

A Map showing the Slip Road may be viewed on the Council’s website at www.dlrcoco.ie or inspected from Monday 12th November at the Civic Hub of Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire during office hours from 09:00 – 17:00. Monday to Friday.

Alternatively, the Map can be inspected at the Council’s Dundrum Office, Dundrum Office Park, Main Street, Dundrum from Monday 12th November 2018 during their office hours from 09:30 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 16:00 Monday to Friday (16:00 Fridays).

The latest date for inspection of the map, in both locations, is 16:00 on Friday the 7th of December 2018.

Objections or representations may be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Municipal Services Department, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, County Hall, Marine Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

The latest date for receipt of objections or representations is 4.00 p.m. on Friday, 21st December 2018.

Slip road running parallel to The Rise Mount Merrion starting at point A-A (the junction of Chestnut Road) and continuing for 88.2M to point BB ( its junction with The Close)
