On 03 January 2020, Dun-Laoghaire County Council (DLRCC) commenced the process of reviewing the current County Development Plan 2016-2022 and preparing the new County Development Plan (CDP) for 2022-2028.
The initial 8 week Pre-Draft Consultation Process, which finishes on 28 February 2020, is a public consultation process and residents are encouraged to contribute.
DLRCC have provided an ON LINE “Have your say” document and also will have Public Information Dates at County Council offices and Libraries:
- County Hall Dun, Laoghaire 21 January 2020 from 2.00pm to 8.00pm
- Council Offices, Dundrum 23 January 2020 from 2.00pm to 8.00pm
- Library, Blackrock 28 January 2020 from 2.00pm to 8.00pm
- Library, Stillorgan 30 January 2020 from 2.00pm to 8.00pm
Subsequent to the 28 February 2020, DLRCC will prepare the Draft County Development Plan probably towards the end of this year 2020. After that there will be further opportunity for public consultation.
However, residents should avail of this current opportunity to submit to DLRCC those issues that they wish to be included into the proposed County Development Plan 2022-2028.
