Compliance with condition No.2 of Reg Ref D18A/0472. Permission for: 1. Removal of the existing single storey out-buildings to the rear of the property. 2. Removal of the entrance porch to the games room building at rear of property. 3. Modifications to the external elevations of the games room building. 4. The construction of a single storey extension to the front elevation of the main dwelling house. 5. The construction of a part single/part two storey extension to the rear elevation of the main dwelling house. 6. Conversion of the exiting attic space to habitable bedroom space with a projecting dormer window to rear elevation and insertion of roof lights to the front elevation, where the existing hipped roof will be modified and extended. 7. Widening of the existing vehicular entrance. 8. Along with all associated and ancillary site development works.
