Compliance re Condition nos. 3, 8, 10, 11 & 17. Permission for the Change of Use and conversion of the existing two storey building from office use to 7 residential dwellings (5 three bed and 2 two bed units) and to demolish an existing single storey office building and the construction on the same foot print of a new two storey block for use as three two bed dwelling units together with all ancillary site works and landscaping.
There would be 18 parking spaces (including 2 disabled spaces and 20 bicycle spaces in a central courtyard. It is also proposed to demolish the existing entrance piers (to widen the vehicular access) and to create a new pedestrian gate in the concrete boundary wall which adjoins the Scout Hall. A protected structure.
