The development will consist of the demolition of the existing garage, the removal of all existing windows, doors, the demolition of the chimney and some internal walls. We intend to erect a two storey extension to the side which reduces to a single storey extension towards the boundary of the property. The single storey extension will extend along the front elevation creating a new entrance porch. We will also create a new vehicular entrance, driveway and landscaping to the property.
