Permission for Retention of existing gable roof, rear facing dormer window, single storey rear extension and second attic bedroom as built. Planning permission is sought for the construction of a new two storey rear extension incorporating the retained but altered single storey rear extension, a new single storey front extension, alteration to the existing bay window, re-cladding of the existing retained rear dormer window, removal of the second chimney near gable, external insulation with render finish, replacement windows, internal alterations and associated works. Permission is also sought for alteration to the existing vehicular access, increasing the width.
