The proposed development will consist of the reconfiguration and redesign of the permitted housing units (D17A/0240); An Bord Pleanála Ref PL06D.300244) to provide an increase from 9 No. houses (comprising of 4 No four bed and 5 no five bed units) to 15 No. houses (comprising of 3 No three bed and 12 No four bed units).
Additional works include reconfiguration of the internal road layout, relocation of ESB substation, amendments to hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatment works and all associated works above and below ground.
No works are proposed to Thornhill House, a Protected Structure (RPS No 936) under this planning application.

A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the Planning Authority, on payment of a fee of €20 within 5 weeks of receipt of the application by the Planning Authority and such submissions or observations will be considered by the Planning Authority in making a decision on the application. The Planning Authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions conditions or may refuse to grant permission.
