We again appeal to the few dog walkers who persist in breaking the law by not cleaning up after their dogs to please have regard to the mess they leave behind and the embarassment they cause the vast majority of civic minded dog owners and walkers. Remember the law allows for a fine of €3000 to be imposed. One resident has a unique way of reminding dog walkers of their responsibility.
