Willow Grove Resident’s Association in Cornelscourt have notified the MMRA of a Strategic Housing planning application for Cornelscourt village of up to 12 storeys. They are concerned that this build to rent development of 468 units will put a substantial strain on the village in terms of traffic congestion but also in terms of public transport in the area and the N11 bus corridor.
