The Developers current Planning Application D20A/0432, which sought to increase the number of dwelling units from 42 to 54, was refused by DLRCC. The Developer has lodged an appeal to An Bord Pleanála dated 10/09/2020 (ABP-308150-20). NOTE: The appeal was received by ABP on September 10th and hence the 4 week deadline for submissions is Wednesday October 7th, 2020
Construction started on site at the end of August 2020 on foot of the original Planning Permission D20A/0432 (An Bord Pleanála PD06D.300244) for 42 dwelling units.
