Residents should note that a new Planning Application D20A/0432 has been lodged in respect of the Thornhill House site. This Application appears to be much the same as that previously lodged D20A/0274, but deemed invalid by DLRCoCo on 11-06-2020.  All observations lodged by residents in respect of D20A/0274 are also INVALID

Hence those residents who had lodged observations and indeed other residents who now wish to lodge observations must do so in respect of D20A/0432. The final date for observations in respect of D20A/0432 is Monday 27th July.

The proposed development will consist of the reconfiguration and redesign of the permitted housing units (Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council Reg. Ref. D17A/0240; An Bord Pleanála Ref. PL06D.300244) to provide an increase from 9 No. houses (comprising 4no. four bed and 5no. five bed units) to 15 No. houses (comprising 3no. three bed and 12no. four bed units).

Additional works include reconfiguration of the internal road layout, relocation of ESB substation, amendments to hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatment works and all associated works above and below ground.

No works are proposed to Thornhill House (RPS No. 936), under this planning application.
