Thank you to all the resident volunteers who regularly help litter pick in Deerpark. Our MMRA monthly clean-up takes place on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, rain or shine. However it is difficult to keep up with the volume of litter in recent months. MMRA have been in regular contact with DLRCC regarding this issue. Cllr Deirdre Donnelly also raised it at the recent council meeting on December 7th.
Up to now Bins were serviced by DLR 6 days a week. We are delighted to report that this has been increased to 7 days a week since the last weekend in November. The areas are litter picked and cleaned as part of this daily service.
