Old Mount Merrion
Robert Dowling has sent us these pictures from Australia. His father, Robert Henry Dowling, was the architect responsible for many of the buildings built in Mount Merrion in the 1940s and 1950s, including the Stella Cinema and the hotel that later became the Stella House (ballroom) and the Union Café.
