Planning Appeal: Demolition on Site of 24, 26, 28 Foster Avenue (D20A/0406)

DLRCC has granted planning permission for demolition on the site of 24, 26, 28 Foster Avenue D20A/0406, subject to a number of conditions. MMRA will lodge an appeal to An Bord Pleanala on a number of grounds.

Residents who submitted observations regarding D20A/0406 may make an observation directly to An Bord Pleanála. Deadline for observations is 1st Dec, 2020

Note: The Developer has lodged a separate planning application for overall development of the site D20A/0607 on 21/09/2020. That planning application is still under consideration by DLRCC.

Flanagan’s Site: Site Hoarding

The contractor has obtained a license from DLRCC to erect a solid hoarding and covered, lighted pedestrian walkway along it’s site frontage on Deerpark Road. The License is valid until 25-05-2021 but may be extended if required.

The proposal includes communal open space areas and a single storey communal amenity building of 99 sq.m; The basement level contains 85 no. car parking spaces, 4 no. motorcycle spaces and 135 no. cycle spaces. The basement level also includes bin storage and plant rooms; The proposal includes 36 no. cycle parking spaces at surface level, 2 no. set-down car parking spaces at surfaces level, and associated vehicular, pedestrian and servicing access from Foster Avenue.
