Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is proposing to develop the “DLR Connector”, a walking, cycling and public realm improvement scheme.

The contractor on site has advised MMRA online (and local residents by letter drop) of their progress and proposed progress on Block C at the above site. Their remaining major concrete pours are: 11/06/25 – 2nd Floor Block C 11/07/25 – 3rd Floor Block C 06/08/25 – Roof Block C To date some of their major concrete pours have been completed on the one long day (as permitted by DLRCC), but a recent major pour required 2 days which reduced the impact of a single long day. Each remaining concrete pour is scheduled for a single long day but may have to change if circumstances require.
